The Lacombe Regional Community Events Calendar was launched in September of 2006. Five partnering organizations came together and pooled their resources and launched a single, community-wide calendar.
The new calendar is a one-stop shop for finding out what's happening in the Lacombe Region. Visitors can view a comprehensive list of activities, ranging from arts and entertainment, to public meetings and community fundraisers.
Partners include The Town of Lacombe, Lacombe Regional Tourism, Idea Market Design, The County of Lacombe and the Lacombe & District Chamber of Commerce.
Community members are invited to post events of broad public interest to the calendar. All events that are posted will be promptly reviewed for approval by the website administrator prior to being listed on the website.
